Delivery:
We aim to send your goods within 2 working days from recieving your order.
All Items are sent via Royal Mail delivery charges vary according to weight of item.
If for any reason goods are not in stock we will advise within 24hours.
Please feel free to contact us (details on contact page) if you have ANY questions or requests.
We are happy to send any item anywhere in the world!
If you wish to purchase an item from Ace Kitchen Essentials and you live outside the UK then please Email us at: acekitchenessentials@hotmail.co.uk for delivery charges.

You must be over 18 to order knives from acekitchenessentials.co.uk
By placing an order for any knife you declare that you are over 18 years of age.
Knives must be used responsibly and appropriately. |
Refund Policy :
We accept that buying on-line doesn't give you the chance to see your goods close up.We don’t want our customers to be left feeling disappointed, so... you can return any items to us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
All goods returned to us must be in their original packaging.
We can not refund or exchange goods which have been used or have been damaged in any way by, unless the goods have been found faulty or damaged on arrival. Please check your goods on arrival as we will not accept goods back once they have been used.
We are unable to refund postage when you are returning goods. (unless they are faulty)
Please email us to advise you are returning your goods and we will tell you how to proceed .
We recommend you use registered post as we can not be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
Privacy Policy :
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
The only information we collect from you is your home address and delivery address if different and your email and telephone number in case we have to contact you regarding your order. We do not pass this information onto any third party .
